Terms of use
Last updated: October 11, 2026
Scope
These terms set out the conditions for using the Windows app Tejumo (the “App”). Please review them before using the App.
About the App
The App is a tool for recording PC operations and creating, editing and exporting draft instructions with screenshots. Recording and analysis results may vary depending on the screen and app state.
Free trial and monthly subscription
In the new version, recording, editing and export are available for seven days (168 hours) from the moment you select the App’s seven-day free trial option. No purchase or payment method registration is required to start, and the free trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. If you wish to continue, review the price and terms on the Microsoft Store purchase screen and purchase a monthly subscription. A purchased monthly subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. Billing, renewal and cancellation are subject to Microsoft Store terms.
If you do not have an active monthly subscription after the free trial ends, recording, viewing, editing, export and restore are unavailable. Your existing data is not deleted, and you can still create backups. Purchasing a subscription allows you to continue using your saved data. The free trial is managed using app data on your device and is not extended by normal restarts or by backing up and restoring manuals.
Precautions
You are responsible for checking that you have the necessary permissions to record screens, use images, and create and share manuals, and for complying with applicable laws and your organization’s rules. If the content includes another person’s personal information, confidential information or copyrighted material, review it before exporting or sharing and delete or mask it where needed.
Review and management of created content
Headings, descriptions and image layouts generated by the App are drafts for you to review and edit. Check the accuracy of the content and whether the instructions can be reproduced before using it. You manage the storage, sharing and deletion of the manuals, backups and exported files you create. Rights to content you create belong to you or the original rights holder.
Software rights and conditions of use
Rights to the App and its components belong to their respective rights holders. External libraries included in the App are subject to their respective licenses. For details, see “Libraries and licenses” in the App. When the App is provided through Microsoft Store, that store’s terms also apply to purchases, payments and cancellation.
Changes or discontinuation
The App may be changed to fix bugs or improve features. If provision of the App is discontinued or changes affect the conditions of use, notice will be given through an appropriate method.
Scope of responsibility
Responsibility relating to use of the App is handled within the scope of applicable law. These terms are not intended to exclude liability where the law does not permit it, or to limit your legal rights.
Contact and revisions
For questions about the App, please use the TechTech Note contact page (Japanese). If these terms are revised, notice will be given by updating the date on this page.
