Tejumo is a Windows app that creates step-by-step manuals from PC operations. This page explains how the Tejumo app handles information. It covers a different scope from the cookies, analytics and contact forms on the TechTech Note website.

Information handled by the app

Tejumo processes operation events such as clicks and key actions, information about the apps and windows used, screenshots, imported images, folder, flow and step content, and export settings locally on your device to create, edit, export, back up and restore manuals. The actual text entered through keystrokes is not saved as operation event data. However, input shown on screen may appear in screenshots.

Free trial and Microsoft Store

The trial start time, the time of the expiry check and the expired state are stored locally on your device to determine the available trial period. This information is not included in manual backups and is not changed when a manual is restored. Microsoft Store features are used to verify monthly subscriptions and process purchases. Microsoft’s privacy terms apply to information handled by Microsoft Store.

Storage and external transmission

Created data is normally saved in the app data area on your Windows device. The current version of Tejumo does not automatically send recorded images or manual content to the provider, external AI services or third parties. HTML, PDF and backup files that you export are created in the location you select. If you share these files, their handling at the destination depends on the sharing method or service used.

Confidential information and masking

Recorded images may contain passwords, personal information or confidential business information. Review images and text before sharing, and use masking or mosaic effects to hide information where needed. Editing backups also contain original images from before masking, so keep them in a secure location.

Your control and deletion of data

You can edit steps, replace images, delete flows, and create or restore backups in the app. Deleting a flow also deletes the saved images belonging to that flow. Separately saved backups and exported files are not deleted automatically; delete them from their saved locations when they are no longer needed.

Contact and revisions

For questions about how Tejumo handles information, please use the TechTech Note contact page (Japanese). If this page is updated to reflect changes in features or information handling, its last updated date will be revised.
